If you have found your purchase to be unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us immediately on receipt of your order.
We will ask you to send your purchase back to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please refer to the return address found at the base of the main address label on your package, or contact us if unsure.
If we are at fault, we will happily pay for the return postage. In this instance, for UK customer returns only, we will arrange to have our courier collect directly from you during business hours.
Refunds will only be issued on safe receipt of the returned goods.Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
