19th-century painted wooden wall clock

A rare, mid-1800s wooden clock by Furderer Jaegler & Co (stamped verso), who had their store in Rue Fontaine-au-Roi, Paris. Intricately hand-painted with roses and geometric motifs; the patinated brass hands framed by a ring of pink and blue foliage. 35 x 25 x 0.8cm. Refurbished with a modern German-made quartz movement requiring 1 x AA battery. Age wear
