Returns

The Vintage Wall has a No Quibble Returns policy. If you have found your purchase to be unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us immediately on receipt of your order.

We will ask you to post the item back to us in its original packaging no later than 7 days of receipt, for a full refund.

If we are at fault, we will happily refund the cost of the return postage, as well. For UK customer returns only, we can offer to have our carrier collect directly from you. In this instance, you would need to have the item sealed in its original packaging with a return address label (which we will email to you) securely attached to the outside of the package. Our carrier will require somebody to be present at the collection address during business hours.

Refunds will only be issued on receipt of the returned goods.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
