The Vintage Wall has a No Quibble Returns* policy. If you have found your purchase to be unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us immediately on receipt of your order.
We will ask you to send the item back to us in its original packaging no later than 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. Please refer to the return address found on the outside of your package, or contact us if in doubt.
If we are at fault, we will happily pay for the return postage. In this instance, for UK customer returns only, we will arrange to have our carrier collect directly from you. You would need to have the item sealed in its original packaging with a return address label (which we will email to you) securely attached to the outside of the package. Our carrier will require somebody to be present at the collection address during business hours.
Refunds will only be issued on receipt of the returned goods.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
